Training

We take training as seriously as our selection of people. We operate both classroom and field based training and our head office in Chertsey has the facilities to accommodate up to 100 people. Our training modules last from one to six weeks, depending on personnel experience and the complexity of a project.

A key element of training is to involve clients - they are the experts in their product and sector after all. Encouraging client participation in training also gives them the opportunity to contribute towards the effectiveness and motivational levels of the dedicated sales resource being that is developed for them.
